A Queen’s Counsel called to the Senior Bar in December 1999. John O’Hara’s main work in recent years has been in the areas of employment and discrimination law, public law and children. A former member of the Bar Council, he currently sits on its Professional Conduct, Human Rights and Equal Opportunities Committees. He also chaired the Human Organs Inquiry in 2001-2.
